  • Well done on the brow dye. I’m glad they look good I’d be too scared of making a hash of it and having to shave them off! 🤓

You'd have to pencil them in after shaving them off Skinty!

If you're used to putting mascara on them or penciling them, it's like that. After a few minutes a wet cotton ball takes the dye off, revealing nice coloured brows.

Got my feet up and I'm snuggled on the sofa.

We had chilli and rice for tea.

I'm absolutely shattered and trying to work out the best Friday to take off next month.

I keep looking at my budget for this month and wondering if I can get away with paying some more off the car. I've set my mind on clearing it quick now to free up money.

Submitted gas and electric readings last night, paid the bill straight off, just under £85. Should be lower next month as I reduced the timer a few weeks ago and I'll alter it again this weekend.

Had tomato soup and chia seed bread for tea, fruit loaf for pudding; I'm liking having the delivery guy midweek for real bread.

  • Energy bill sounds good. Let’s hope it stays mild. Bread sounds nice I bought a tiger loaf today & it was yummy with real butter 😋

  • Thank you Skinty and SH

It's the little things I'm enjoying eg real bread, little pampers, snuggling up on the sofa.

I did pay a bit more off the CF and I've rejigged my budget until the new tax year; I'll rejig it again in April.

I've done my nails silver again.

No plans for the weekend, just need to rest.

We had Chinese chicken curry and rice for tea.

I tried eyebrow dye a few weeks ago MovingForwards and its making such a difference -  I didn't bother with any vaseline either and it was fine.  I seem to have a bit of 'blonde' eyebrow so it made a difference to the shape now that bit is coloured in.  I also bought a make up set from Debenhams before they closed a while back and ended up with some soft eyebrow pencils, so I gently rub them over just the hairs (not my skin) then give them a brush with an eyebrow brush.  Seems like dark thick eyebrows are the trend now.  I've also bought an eyelash dye set but am a bit nervous to try - not sure why, it must be just like using mascara and I never get that in my eyes.

Love that you are doing your nails, I need to start doing mine again too.  It costs nothing as I have loads of colours already.

  • Welcome SandyS

Nails are the one thing I really appreciate the most. I actually got asked if mine were false the other week.

I'm going to try doing my lower lashes this weekend!
