That's plenty to keep you occupied SW!
Went to bed after work, so wiped out. Been flopped on the sofa since I got up. I've booked a few more long weekends.
Made another months O/P on the CF. The monthly leftover savings, leftover insurance refund plus scrap money was nearly enough, therefore I used a bit from the petrol budget to make up the very small difference.
- that's it for CF O/Ps until payday and has made a nice dent in the debt.
I'm going to use the car pot to pay for my licence renewal, then reimburse it when the tax refund is received.
Had Thai chicken curry and rice for tea, doughnut for pudding.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
It's a lovely day, TomBo is in the garden and I've had milk / biscuits for my snack.
New log book has arrived.
I'm limping along at my desk and have 4 months until I get proper time off work. Still learning as much as possible, while focusing on my monthly pay packet.
- just have to get through a day and a half then it's long weekend time.

Good to have the vouchers.
It is getting darker earlier now and your mention of Christmas and Boxing day food chimed
Nice to see you enjoying your car...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks DIA and SH
It's good to have some dark hours overnight.
The nail varnish is holding up. I'm hoping it will last until the weekend when I can pick a different colour. Might do metallic purple sparkles next!
Pulled up the last of the garlic yesterday and the remaining baby seagull is exploring other gardens. It's safer to go outside again now.
TomBo has taken the car out this week and likes it. We have a key each with this one.
I'm not planning a long distance adventure this long weekend, but will stay within a maximum radius of 20 miles.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -

Thanks SW
Had the car tax refund, just over £20. Paid that in via a bank app.
Contacted my insurance company about the old insurance and I'm getting a refund of the cancellation fee; their rep said I would get it back if I took a new policy for my new car (oooops, he was wrong, but they honoured it).
In total from old insurance, old tax and scrap we've received £374 and some pennies 😲
I'm popping to the dealer tomorrow to see what's going on with my replacement wheel trims. Will also get my licence sorted out at the PO as it's over that side.
We might be going to 1K3A as I would like a couple of bins to match our rubbish bin. They will be our internal recycling bins.
Haven't stopped yawning all day and have permanently changed my hours to the earlier start / earlier finish.
