I know Skinty! Doesn't feel like we've been here that long 😯
Stopped for rowies, meds and a cool down.
Nearly finished No1's weeding, then it's water the plants and take the water barrel as barter payment.
- Had a good catch up.
Got chatting with No3. He's happy to have a garden and will be out to help us finish it off next few weeks; has a mini me. Very happy with what's been done and is contacting his LL (sister) about dismantling the shed before it collapses in a few weeks; it's been up for years and she didn't know which was her garden. Also had a good chat.
- Will attempt a barter as there's a few things we would like from the shed.

It sounds as though you and TomBo are utterly transforming the gardens.
I'll bet all the other residents are blessing the day that you moved in... if they're not calling you their garden angels then they should beXX
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Thank you Chrystal, it's great to see you!
They are very pleased we moved in and are turning the gardens into little hideaways. All are unique.
I'm really enjoying No2's and seeing the cottage garden come together.
No1 is finished, just need to pop in once a week to keep on top of the weeding so it doesn't end up like it did. Definitely earned our barter payment.
- Ongoing barter payment is use of external tap and hose to fill our water tubs 😃
I'm going to take it easy tomorrow, start off the sweet peas for No2 as they should be ready to go in when his garden is finished.
Felt good being outside and feeling the sun on me.
Had homemade Chinese chicken curry for tea, ice cream for pudding.
Moved a bit of money to savings.

It sounds like you have a great community where you live and the gardening helps to bring you altogether
Also, Chinese curry and ice cream. You guys are having a great day!If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Oh DIA I've had a wonderful day!
Tenements are a little community, we all look out for one another and pass unwanted things along, just like it used to be years ago.
I do hope my posts reflect how happy I am when I've been outside. I can't stop smiling, it feels right and makes me more determined to clear the mortgage and reduce my working hours.
TomBo has a great suntan already and it's only April. As expected I've got a vibrant outline in the shape of my vest 🤭 plenty of aftersun has been applied.

I am v behind on mine as have been busy at the boys. I will catch up though and know who to come to for advice. Im just having a rest as headache from marking a tiny bit left to do today then i am going to do some vacuuming and third lot of washing on line.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

That's them SW, we're doing a gr0und f0rce. Don't pressure yourself to cover everything each week, can't have you spread too thin due to affecting your health.
Cat got me up at 6am as she wanted her breakfast.
We popped to T for fruit and veg. They had some good size pots for £2 each. TomBo got me 5 for my tomato plants to go with all the others.
- I have 28 tomato seedlings so far, SIL only wants 2, I'm going to plants dotted around the garden and on the paths of more sprout up!
I've sowed more seeds and will get some strawberry seeds on the go tomorrow; needs different compost to what I have.
- ordered from 8&Q and will collect on my way back from work.
Watered all the pot fruit, veg and plants. The gooseberry bush is flowering so I need to get the frame and netting up soon: there's loads of birds around.
We had chicken parmesan and couscous for tea.
