Thank you SH, it's the little things which give me a temporary boost. Do tell us how it went, after you've rested.

Long weekend and I think it's just in time!
I kept wanting to fall asleep and did doze off after I finished.
I've decided to start my diet tomorrow and not wait until next month. Shame the pools are not open.
Made my fizzy water and it's good, the bottle is the right amount for a day's intake.
My ear studs arrived and they look so pretty.

Thank you Skinty, think I've worked out how I will do my diet. Must lay off the treats and cheese too!
I'm so pleased it's a long weekend as I just want to crawl into bed, but that doesn't get things done.
Repaid a bit more of my borrowed savings.

Think if I stretch them enough I can reach the moon SH.
I've planned my diet, trying to keep to 1000 cals and under.
Breakfast: Coffee with milk or smoothie (banana, milk, oats)Lunch: Smoothie (as above or all fruit)Tea: Whatever TomBo cooksSnacks: Fruit or yoghutDrinks: Fizzy water and lemon or squash (cordial)
Exercise: Lots of 5 minute walks around the flat
I have made it clear to TomBo he will support me and stop buying me treats!
I'm also having input into what he cooks for tea and swapping some things around to make it healthier eg mash or boiled instead of roast spuds, which he's happy with.
Monitoring everything with myf1tn3ss. At this stage I'm not weighing myself as I know I would cry.
I've made a start on my painting, have an outline, some parts filled in and some finer details added. It started off ok, went wrong, but I'm back on track. I could have carried on and done it in a day, but I'm also using this as a way of familiarising myself with using acrylics, delicate brushes and not rushing.
- TomBo was pleased to see me painting.
Having roast pork and mash tonight, sadly no crackling as I saw how many cals!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3
