Hope you feel better soon, apple
15 NSD 3 However, I am within budgets, so not overly bothered by my lack of NSDs
Avoid every chain coffee shop etc. Support local shops and traders.- nothing today.
Remove 60 items from your house - 3 items today, sadly all binned 211/60
Use up your toiletries and household cleaners before buying any more. - yep - cut open a body lotion tube and finished it off today
Go on 2 outings - 1 done so far
Donate £5 or time to charity - lots of 'things' donated to various places. Money donated to poppy appeal & Gloucester Cathedral. Have some things ready to send with DS2 to school for food bank as they are running a collection at the end of this month
Come on here every day and post 3 things you are grateful for. - getting invited to an informal job interview on Weds, being able to rearrange what I was doing on Weds to be able to go, ds2 and ds3 being in wonderful mood. Maybe getting refunds on 2 old oyster cards.... we shall see...
Start 1 or 2 new habits this month, ones that are simple and will make you feel better - fewer cups of tea and min 4 f&v per day - good on tea. Budget - on track
NSDS - 4/15
Lunch to Work - Had the day off today, prepped some food to take tomorrow and made a batch of soup to split and put in the freezer. I'll now be sorted for the rest of the week.
Remove 60 Items - Had a bit of a clearout today - threw away some more "just incase" boxes, recycled some old jars I'd saved and not used, sold an item on ebay, bagged a few things for the charity shop. I'm now over half way! 41/60
Daily Fresh Air walked to the post office and the supermarket

So books back to the library, a couple of things dropped into the food bank box, charity bin is full but is due to be collected so will bag things up for when it is emptied, 2 bags full of bags for the YMCA. Spent far too long trailing round charity shops and £ emporiums looking (mainly for cheap but pretty tea caddies - lots of lovely tea pots about) and ended up chilled through and bought myself a breakfast (was going to be a pasty but the shopping I still had to get was in the other direction).
Bought the sweet treats to go with mum's present. Wrapped d-i-l's presents last night and ordered from Beloved's wish list (after midnight). Did a food order for mum to be delivered tomorrow afternoon. Will be going back to HB soon as noticed several food items I want for feasts.
Lots of thngs put on radiators and doors for drying. Woke early. Actually was lying there not sleeping as Beloved's wish list has me worried - it includes an electric heater, a slow cooker, a toastie maker, a thing for boiling eggs (who needs a thing for boiling eggs? other than a pan that is) and where the heck would thery all go? . She also has bedside drawers and another cube shelf unit (we have four, she's welcome to use at least 2 of them but they aren't in her chosen colour).
DS1 said not to buy him anything, DS2, Beloved and d-i-l are sorted, mum just needs 2 small plants to go in the planters I have bought (my brother used to buy her flowers and I've taken over since he died but tend to go for a plant/ planter combo as cheaper and longer lasting), DS3 needs some snacks, underwear and possibly more clothes (he is owed clothes but his patience for clothes shopping is limited - even when you put the website in front of him and say 'just pick'). My presents from mum are all together in one bag.
Was going to finish hemming mum's curtains but the light had gone by the time I got there so carried on colouring a large fairy garden ornament (her suggestion). I need to organise a mattress and bedding for the new bed and either a drop leaf table or more folding table like the one she already has (probably dearer but very useful).
Today I am grateful for mostly dodging the rain, for a thick jumper and cardigan and simple food + bank balance is better than expected (gone up despite recent purchases). My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0 -
Budget - no spends today.

Use up - 1 hand cream now used up, 3 to go. Also see above toiletries.
Outings - have been to the fireworks and met friends for coffee and cake.
Daily fresh air - went for a quick walk after work.
Gratitudes - yummy leftovers for tea, interesting day at work, nice message from a friend.
New habits - to do an average of 10,000 steps each day so 300,000 over the course of the month, 105,784/300,000.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Good evening...
MIA again... low mood hit... birthday... medication shenanigans... comfort eating and spending... now on damage limitation for the rest of the month. Me. In a nutshell the last few days.
I need to pick myself up and give myself a good talking to. I'm going to do some home exercises tonight before bed, and some mindfulness.
Today I am grateful for:
1. My car that got me from A to B warm and dry
2. My cosy flat and the security it gives me
3. My job and the income it provides.

NSD 6 in the bag. Top 2 floors cleaned and hoovered. DS3 has thinned his bookshelves. The lego is now in the back room - will see if his room remains tidy now. Lots of things to leave the house, will count tomorrow. Due to the kids being appallingly useless this morning, every last one of them was late to school, and also made me late for volunteering.
Gratitudes: got a lot cleaned today, got round to putting half a bottle of screenwash in the car hole, Only Connect, and a documentary on Orangutans and palm oil.
Tomorrow can only be better.

NSD 7/15, I am so pleased with this.
Items out of the house now at 16/60, and misstara I have also decluttered a few large spiders this week.
No toiletries or cleaning products bought, but one shampoo bottle emptied.
Will try and control the milk usage tomorrow and see if I can make it to Wednesday before having to go into a shop!0 -
Hope the people who are feeling a bit low at the moment soon feel better, poorly people too.
I have decluttered 20 items so far, 4 items sold on ebay and posted yesterday, some items in a bag for the charity shop and some things to go back to DFIL. Need to fill my car up today and also get my Ecover laundry detergent bottle refilled at the health food shop.
Paid the car finance off yesterday, we had the money in savings, it was a rather large sum but it's done now and has saved us money in the long term. We are using this months finance payment that we no longer need to pay to buy 3 tyres and the difference has gone into the car expenses pot.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

New habits - Because I worked hard on my house yesterday I've only got a small amount of stuff to do today thankfully.....fighting off a headache and so very tired today. Hoping a bath and a cup of coffee will help.Changing my Family's Future!! - Starting again!!!!

8/60 so far. Plus another 3 I can think of in the house: 2 skirts that I'll never wear, plus some felt pens that died in storage.

I *do* bulk buy, but I always use up, I never have forgotten half bottles of stuff around. There's a posh Liz Earle soap substitute that was gifted to me - thats about to be cut open so I can get at the 20% of the product thats left inside

No trouble fulfilling this, and more besides. As well as Tutankamun and Osterley House (planned) I went to a little William Morris exhibition and tomorrow a woman from my "walking" group is singing at a local arts centre.

Yep! Washing is trying to line dry right now - very cold out there, I'm not getting any fresh air till its warmed up a bit.
