I'm not sure, but I think any separate sheet was numbered so if there's not one missing now you didn't get it.0

The message about charging for 07 call forwarding numbers is printed on the very front page of my Nov Bill, the page with your address on, at the bottom.
Some people depending on Billing Cycle would have got same message in Oct.0 -
update: I asked Orange to re-send me the appropriate bill stating the changes ( which would have been my Nov bill due to the Oct-Nov dates posted above )
the re-issued bill states nothing, as did the original bill, miss_libbit where do I go from here ?SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... Did anyone have any luck with negotiating with orange re bills received with calls charged after 15/12/07-i mean international calls...
I hav received an inflated bill being unaware of the change..0 -
I've been making free international calls on Orange, using Noodle, for ages.
Now it seems Orange are charging 20p/min for me to make these calls, and as I didn't see the disclaimer on the bill, I've been hit by a heafty charge.
Oh well... it was fun while it lasted.
Does anyone know if there are other companies that let one use these forwarding numbers, or if there is any way to get around this.0 -
Hey Guys,
I managed to cancel my contract with orange and got all my money back which they charged me for using the call forwarding number.
:j It took me couple of months of argument but it paid at the end.0
