Yup! The T&Cs do state you get the cash by the time the switch completes. I was sceptical but they were true to their word.

Odd.

The 15th would be about the time it should take to complete it, not start it.

Yeah that's been misread. It's 7 working days from input to switch complete. 7wd from now is the 15th.

I guess the cinema tickets already received for the current CL account will be cancelled by downgrading?
I have used this years vouchers as a gift to someone who will probably spread them over the year

if I could manage to downgrade/reapply would the new CL account receive the vouchers?
