Sorry to hear about your eye brambling. I bet that is very annoying.
Keep up the food work sillyvixen
Take it easy with the cake wishus. Is it your birthday?
I have an undeclared boiled egg to report from yesterday. I made and ate it while we were cooking.
Today I'm having a cheese scone with my friend. Later a cheese and leek quiche with the fennel and aubergine bake. Stewed apples and hm yogurt.
Have a good day allA bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
You're welcome we can spare it, yellow socks0 -
Morning All,
I keep trying to read/post and then getting sidetracked with work so sorry if I missed stuff.
Well done on the losses Brambling, Wishus & Honey :T
Sirens Commiserations on still being on the naughty step, I'll be keeping you company as I'm +1lb again this week. At least I'm consistent
I've decided that all I need to do is becoming Sleeping Beauty (well, the beauty part would be pushing it somewhat...) and all will be good. Using TTB's 0.5lb loss per 4 hours of sleep, all I need to do is sleep for 23 days and my weight will be exactly where I want it to be
Brambling Sorry about your poorly eye, that doesn't sound like fun.
Have a good weekend everyone - good luck with the gig Wishus and the craft fair s-glover - and may you manage to resist temptations.0 -

I am picturing you saying this with your eyebrows raised, and a pair of secretary specs, tilting them down and peering at me in an admonishing way! :rotfl:
*sheepish* No, it is not my birthday. It was my friend's birthday, and today is Children in Need, for which we've had a bake-off competition in the office followed by a cake sale.
As it happens I have had a taste of a cake today and some fruit, and it's already too much. Too much sweet! I am very sure what I have bought is coming home with me and I shan't overeat today.
Today's plan:
B: porridge
L: salmon and cream cheese sandwichesveggie couscous train picnic en route to gig
S: cake if I'm desperate.Keep reading books!

Oh dear, I am a bit behind, I have had a frantic couple of days and am very tired.
Sirens, hopefully that teeny rise on the scales is just normal fluctuations and you see a loss next week.
Well done on the 2lbs off Brambling, I hope your brain learns to ignore the new floater asap, they are annoying. Funnily enough, I had my eyes tested yesterday too.
Thanks for the Asda tip, Dumpling!
s_glover, I hope the craft fair goes really well for you (assuming it is all weekend?).
Yay, Honeythewitch, that is a great loss! :T
Sillyvixen, the drop in RHR is a good sign that your weight is going down, I have noticed that with mine as well. Hopefully your BP is doing the same!
Commiserations Izadora, I like the idea of sleeping the weight away.
Wishus, I called someone a caketarian yesterday because we were talking about our dietary habits (my sister a vegetarian, me a vegan and our friend is someone who eats a lot of cake, lol). :rotfl:
Hi Molly and BlueDoggy, I hope you are doing well.
I have eaten out last night and this evening, I hope I have kept within my allowance, but I think I may have gone over.I am eating out again tomorrow, but it is at my sister's and she will keep me on track.
I've missed a lot of sleep and hope to catch up tonight. I find that if I am tired, my willpower isn't so good.
Have a great weekend everyone! :beer:31.5/1000 -

Morning all
Just bobbing in to declare my food today;
Last of crustless quiche and fennel and aubergine bake, with a jacket potato. I'm going to try and make a mousse out of yogurt... first effort though so may end up having an orange instead!
Getting the slow cooker out later for a veg and kidney bean tagine type stew ready for tomorrow.
Have a good weekend everyone.A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it

Good morning everyone :hello:
I had a great night's sleep so have woken feeling very positive about everything including dieting. I know exactly what you mean about tiredness and lack of willpower FrugalLina, I revert to being a giant toddler demanding sugary treats to help keep awake, not good.
My food today (if the shopping gets delivered without too many subs)
b - porridge
l - salad with scotch egg and tiny piece of crustless quiche
d - turkey breast steak, baked potato and beans
s - banana and an apple
Good luck with whatever you are up to today, take care xx0
