Why has this one been on the market for so long, it looks like cracking value for money? You could even make it into a shop or something...

Although I sort of agree with you that there are far nicer places to spend £600k! :eek:2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
You might want to check out the sold prices then. Ain't so funny then.

I checked transactions, they are still quite funny. Of course if you want/need to sell for bubble money they are not quite so funny.

There are some pig-awful areas in Essex (same as in many counties). Not sure you can really generalise and lump everything into the same box.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
There are popular areas of Essex that have increased over the last year.

There will be some sought after areas bucking the trend, but overall sales transactions have tanked, sold prices on a couple of very desirable properties don`t make a market.0 -

I'm not talking about a couple of desirable properties - just popular areas in general.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
Not according to jimbog (or indeed yourself as it was your link) above.

Sales volumes are the lowest since the record on the graph started - 1995, increased prices on a smaller and smaller pool of houses selling just show a broken market that needs to pop. High house prices are of no benefit to ordinary people.0
