When people can see 60k and 40k price reductions happening every day on an app on their phone is it any wonder they hold back from making offers?0 -

And the reductions are usually multiple reductions, so why not just wait for more to come through? IMO sellers would do better to price competitively at the start, and not go through the multiple reduction process, that just delays a sale.0 -
Guys with the Split personality - there's a whole forum for debating house prices, and I'm not on it because it's boring, pointless and gets nobody anywhere, so it should suit you fine:

Leave this poor OP alone to take the other decent advice on this thread.0 -

Everything for sale within 1/4 mile of OP's postcode (including their house):

you can't use cut/paste on long links you have to use insert link.

Price should be anything but boring to people hoping to buy or sell, it may be one of their primary considerations, and i would have though cheaper prices would be applauded on a money saving website!0 -

Absolutely love Rickmansworth as a place to live.
This is a reminder of how shockingly poor it is as value for money though. I guess it was always thus.0 -

Good advice.0 -
What strikes me is that none of the three first floor bedrooms is big enough for a superking size bed and if you shoehorn one into the attic conversion you'd have no room for bedside tables and there's no loo up there.

Why has this one been on the market for so long, it looks like cracking value for money? You could even make it into a shop or something...0
