Hi all, had a busy time of late, juggling kids, visits to Mum and trying to get rid of stuff. Sales slow and couldn't even give stuff away!  Hoping my plant sales will put a little in the kitty when the weather bucks up. Laptop is on its way out so we bought hubby a new one just for his cricket scoring, that way it wont get full of junk and end up like this one. Will get this one serviced soon. I have just invested in a few premium bonds out of my savings, did it all online and it was quite simple. Wish me luck!

Good luck Ginny 🤞 I have one premium bond bought for me as a child & have never won in over 50 years 😆 but I have heard of people on MSE buying them more recently and winning.

I have a friend who invested in some - quite a lot I think- and she has had a few good wins. I thought it was a better use for my savings than sitting doing nothing. Thank you Skinty x
Sorted out a few bits to sell, mainly specialist collectables  so starting again. Just recycled a big bag of craft magazines that I couldnt give away! At least they didnt head for landfill so better than nothing. I picked them up locally off a FB page and spent a happy couple of hours going through them.
