  • To be clear, when I get my £20,000 tax cut, I will ensure it trickles down to eg my cleaner by increasing her hours.

Ye gods, that's like a childish playground retort.
    "All hail Faisal Islam."
So successful at predicting the future economically that rather than being a billionaire mogul he's a BBC reporter!

Oh and your link is to a Guardian page, which at least is marginally better than Twitter where nobody need be accountable for anything.
    :rotfl:

    I don't believe Trump.
Even less will I believe a journo trying to peddle mock news.
What I will believe is when it happens.
    Not before.
There have been quite enough false scare stories peddled by the pro-EU mob without needing any more, thank you very much.

Sorry I don't get it, you're a remainer who understands that income inequality is rife and you're still wanting to vote Tory?

I get not moving to Labour, but - Lib Dems?

    Oh right!!

Like an over excited girl guide is going to sort out problems out. I always had a slight soft spot for the LD, I liked Paddy Ashdown and Charles Kennedy, but their debacle with the Tories finished me off, not that I ever went as far as voting for them.

I get the LD now, they see an opening and go for it right or wrong, they could see a market for Remainers and took it, No thanks

Some drugs are only available through US sources that's the difficulty.

    You can, actually.
As so wonderfully shown just a few days ago by the poster boy for de radicalisation who was invited, tag and all, to London to show that de radicalisation works.

If someone believes the rubbish they are taught in the mosque, and has true faith that it is their religious duty to kill the kuffar, then no wet do-gooder is going to change their mind.

    Actually Corbyn has never said anything which shows he is sympathetic to those that use violence;

Well, except inviting convicted IRA bombers over for tea only days after the IRA bombing in Brighton.

But of course, his acolytes will explain this away as not really counting for some unexplained reason.

He’s called Hamas friends, despite their charter calling for the death of all Jews. Again, of course, that’s different because mumble mumble something about peace.

If left unchecked this will end badly. As Peterson says the right will only accept this for so long before they say okay buddy if you want to go down this road let's go

I’ll admit that the anger, vitriol, and general unpleasantness of the typical Corbyn fan on here is one of the reasons that I’ve preemptively moved my tax residency.

I didn’t used to mind supporting people who needed some help, it seemed like the right thing to do, but I see now that as shown on here they are not very nice, so they can look after themselves.

Talking about Diane Abbot. It says on Guido Fawkes, her son got arrested for biting a police officer earlier this year.

I see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in scumbag terms

What is the correct level of income inequality in a fair society, who gets to determine it, and how?

I don’t see that the current levels are particularly wrong. Yes, you can pick a few people, a very few people, at stratospheric levels and feel annoyed, but they are so few that even taking all that they had and sharing out out would do nothing to change lives, and you’d then get those just below them decamping en masse as they would know that they were next, and there’s more of them.

I don’t see it as wrong that a top surgeon gets six figures, or that a senior banker gets seven, especially as, in the latter case, it tends to be a small fraction of the extra value that the firm thinks that they can generate, and that 47% of nearly all of that wage is taken straight off in taxes.

Well some politicians call Saudi Arabia a friend and sell them arms as well....arms used in genocidal attacks in Yemen. Corbyn would never do that!
