Baza, you just told me that store policies are not compulsory. I showed you a link which contradicts that. Do you agree or not that store policies must be followed by law? There is no way to prove that the policy is being abused. As a result, scammers can abuse the policy but you're also forgetting that innocent people are unjustly accused of being scammers and treated as a scammer. Why don't you agree?
I'm sure the store does follow its policy. The difficulty with your argument is that a store's returns/refund policy only applies if you've bought something from them that can be returned/refunded under the policy in the first place.
If the store refuses to accept your offer to buy the goods in question, or if they decide to ban you outright (which I think after ten pages it has been established that they are perfectly entitled to do) then you haven't got anything that the store can apply its policy to.

No, there is absolutely no law that says their policies must be followed, they are purely discretionary.(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)0
