  • Our terrier X depends on how he's feeling - mostly downstairs in his basket with (wait for it) 1 fleece, 2 padders, 2 old lambswool sweaters of dh, 2 balls, 3 pulleys and various chews by the radiator which comes on at 7am. However sometimes he will sleep with us, preferably under the duvet in the middle with hid head on the pillow. If dh turfs him out he sleeps with ds2. During the day he prefers the sofa or the double bed in the spare room (cream cover with black hair!!) Spoilt - don't be daft.........

  • Mines another bed-hogging bog-hound. She starts off downstairs, then comes upstairs after an hour or so, settles onto the landing until she can't hear me or OH talking, then 'sneaks' into our bedroom, settles on the washing pile for a bit, then 'sneaks' onto the bed. Ever seen a 7st dog sneaking?? Don't know how she thinks we won't notice:confused:

She's generally a very beautiful dog, I just caught her on an 'off' day :rotfl:

  • She is beautiful! and the spit of one of my labs!!!

The cats - 1 will sleep on the bed every second if I let her. The other will come in if his "other" family are out. (Yes I know, he owns the whole street.)

The dogs - usually downstairs in their basket in the kitchen next to the dog flap. But sometimes if hubby is away or out late then they snuggle up with me. Cos I'm a big softie!!!

Hubby often says that if the fish could move their tank they'd be in the bedroom too!

I have 2 westies and they always slept in the kitchen in their basket, until my husband went onto nights.

Then I let them sleep on the bed for company and they have been there ever since :o
:) If you like what I say please say thanks :)

We have 2 cats, both sleep in the utility room. They have a fleecy basket/bed type thingy each which are permanently parked in front of the radiator.

  • i was very firm with my dog when we had her, she had to sleep in the kitchen, for months she was a right pain in the rear.. whining to go out, wetting. Then we had builders in and the kitchen roof off, she came into our room temporarily(in her basket next to me) she immediatly slept all night and never needed to be let out til we were up in the morning. that was 3 years ago and shes still there, though tends to move around the bedroom and compete with OH who can snore the loudest
