also their witness statement and supplementary witness statement are from two different people0

You did (enter into a contract) so don't argue that you didn't enter into a contract to pay a tariff. Your argument is, the tariffs were listed but not the parking charge on any sign in large letters near or at the payment machine...etc.Lupo26 said:if I'm arguing poor signage but I bought a ticket (I over stayed) they are saying I was aware of conditions etc as a ticket was purchased therefore I entered into a contractual agreement
And you MUST be ready to correct it if the other side start telling the Judge that the Semark-Jullien case means they can now add £60.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

that is very helpful thank you. I have made an error though and have said in my defence I didn't enter into contract because of the signage. can I send in a corrected version or should I just apologise and clarify in court (I was caring for my newborn when preparing my defence etc).0

Given you know you cannot change your defence, no, dont do so.
Make it clear in your WS that you entered into a contract based on the TARIFF signs, NOT based on anything else.4 -
I've already submitted by WS ages ago as well though can I alter this?0

Have you received the scammer's exhibits yet? If so, does it contain the alleged landowner contract that you can show us?
A defendant should always challenge landowner authority.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You can submit a supplemental WS, which must be copied to all parties. But I'd be very careful that what you write doesn't start undermining/confusing that which you have already submitted.Lupo26 said:I've already submitted by WS ages ago as well though can I alter this? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

yes I have been sent the landowner contract. although the ice rink changed names and the contract states the old name of the ice rink - anything to go on that it's the wrong name on contract?Fruitcake said:Have you received the scammer's exhibits yet? they are saying I was aware of conditions etc as a ticket was purchased therefore I entered into a contractual agreement
A contract exists only if a judge says that the signs are up to snuff, read these
