No you do NOT need the land registry for that!
CH shows what land or properties they hold
If there is nothing there
Then they dont own anything according to their own filings
Unless the C wants to claim the contracting company lied to CH, this is sufficient profo on the balance of probabilities

You will need the land registry for that. It costs £3 for an extract of the title deed but you can search to see if it worth spending the money before you spend it.1

perfect!! thank you :-)I will get this evidence off to them later today.
another question. their supplementary WS stated the original court location but it's moved to a different court now. should I put the new court name on there?0 -
(1)-Click on "filing History"
(2)-Click on entry for 11 March 2019 called "Audit exemption subsidiary accounts made up to 30 June 2018
(3)-Look at the page "Statement of Financial Position" which would show any land or properties. (There aren't any).
The Land owner is probably a company called "The Ice Rink Company Ltd" (Company number 05846938), because its the parent company of Silver Blades Solihull..4 -
It's always useful to know who the landowner is so you can make a definitive statement that the scammers have a contract with a third party who does not own the land. Irrespective of whether the contracting company is a subsidiary of the parent company or another company entirely, they are separate trading companies according to Companies House with separate company numbers.
The parking scammers must have authority from the landowner, not another company owned by the landowner.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks6 -
fabulous thanks everyone. I've submitted the evidence! is this a strong case for me to win now with proof they don't have a contract with a landowner!?0

It's always up to the Judge and there are some new ones drafted in, who are not au fait with parking claim scams. And this is not 'proof' of anything as such, it might just make the Judge decide on the balance of probabilities that they haven't shown landowner authority but it might just get a shrug of the shoulders and a Judge who says: 'I am not with you on that point, anything else?'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

One would hope that experienced judges will train them in all areas including parking scams .
There are still judges who need to be re-trained1
