didn't even know I'd done it as this has dragged on so long. I've already submitted a supplementary witness statement so presume it would look silly to submit another.

Point out their contract is not with the landOWNER, and there is no proof that the contracting party has the right to contract with the Claimant offering parking contracts.4 -
