5 days left for premier park to respond to my SAR request

I've read newbies sticky thread and sent an SAR to premier Parks Data Protection Officer (DPO), and email BW Legal. 5 days to go til a month since I sent the email is up. I've only had a response from bw legal saying something about s10 of dpa and they are repealing so won't put case on hold.
What if I don't receive the information I've requested from premier park in 5 days?
Many thanks for any help. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and could do without this!

Write and ask why the delay
(What caused your request? eg court claim/pcn??)0 -
They sent me a letter of claim0

The SAR reply should be with you before any defence has to be submitted, so wait and see

Give them the window they are legally entitled to. There's nothing you can do before then in any case.
If they miss the deadline, you can issue a complaint to the ICO, but it will take them months to investigate - of little use to you. Their failure to respond to a SAR isn't a showstopper for your case. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Are you expecting something specific from BWL or simply anticipating they will correspond on another issue they might have? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
