5 days left for premier park to respond to my SAR request

I've read newbies sticky thread and sent an SAR to premier Parks Data Protection Officer (DPO), and email BW Legal. 5 days to go til a month since I sent the email is up. I've only had a response from bw legal saying something about s10 of dpa and they are repealing so won't put case on hold.
What if I don't receive the information I've requested from premier park in 5 days?
Many thanks for any help. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and could do without this!

The SAR reply should be with you before any defence has to be submitted, so wait and see

Do you mean a letter before claim or you received a claim from the Court?

Give them the window they are legally entitled to. There's nothing you can do before then in any case.

If they miss the deadline, you can issue a complaint to the ICO, but it will take them months to investigate - of little use to you. Their failure to respond to a SAR isn't a showstopper for your case.

Good, you are ahead of the game by doing the SAR before any court claim arrives, await the outcomes of the SAR and pending claim pack

Funnily enough I had to sign to receive the SAR information today that arrived from premier park. Do I now await further correspondence from bw legal?

Yes, and use it wisely to study the paperwork and prepare for the court claim by reading other recent court claim threads and the newbies faq sticky thread, post #2

You are awaiting an MCOL court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton

Are you expecting something specific from BWL or simply anticipating they will correspond on another issue they might have?
