Thank you :-) Just checking my SAR information they sent me. The only photographic evidence they have of me being there is the entrance on ANPR and exit on ANPR
Don't they need to have evidence of me actually parking on their land or is that irrelevant?0 -

Got the DQ today and have completed it digitally. Can I email it to the court and whoever else?0
-
Yes email to the CCBC (there is no court allocated yet) , same address as the defence
Use the details on the claim form to inform the claimant , which may well be royal mail1 -
Okay so BW legal tried to call me today and left a voice mail. I also have received an email from them saying they want to discuss the recent correspondence they sent me.
I just ignore them right?0 -
Did they send you recent correspondence? Do you want to/need to discuss it?1
-
They sent a letter offering me a discounted offer of a bargain of £180 instead of 248.34 ha ha. So no I don't want to discuss their nonsense but letter states they want to try and resolve without going to court.
Would there be any harm in talking to someone and saying drop the case completely or see you in court? Or best to just ignore?0 -
Ignore them, or say ''no'' to settlement if they ring again. The good news is, that phone call normally means they are about to discontinue without a hearing.
When is your hearing and when did you send off your WS & evidence (NOT your defence) and have they supplied their WS & evidence in time, as per the deadline the hearing letter set you both?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
