Well of coruse it matters - without authority from th landowner, they cannot possibly offer a contract to park. No 3rd party can rock up, install signs and claim they can offer contracts unless they own the land or have authority
Youre one of the few losses. Sorry theres no g'teess in legislation - its why lawyers settle. No surprises then.1 -
No contract is a slam dunk win for you with a possibility of CPR 27.14(2)(g) costs. for unreasonable behaviour. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

the way the judge was talking he didn't seem to think my evidence of the financial statement proved much. he said they'd provided the contract with the ice rink which they had in their first batch of evidence.

Then te judge was wrong. It happens. Or yuo didnt argue it strongly enough. We dont know that, as we were not there.0
