Jolly good. Wonder if BW Legal are planning to discontinue it this early, then?!
Did you read the thread today about the Skipton case, another victory like the Southampton one and something you need to know about The pressure is building to hopefully see more cases struck out by Judges without hearings, this year!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Got my court date sooner than I thought it's 1 April!!! Is that an early April fools?! my baby will be 9 weeks old so I'll be taking her to court with me as I can't leave her with anyone. She'll probably just sleep or feed in the sling so won't be any trouble and hopefully it'll go in my favour.
Does it matter if I don't dress smartly given I need to have baby attached to me etc for feeding?
Also I'm on maternity leave but am allowed to work for 10 days without it affecting my maternity pay. Can I therefore claim for a full days pay under costs as technically I could work that day?
Need to get working on my witness statement then . . .1 -
There is a video of what the small claims court/process looks like so have a look for that on the web. Smart casual, but as a breastfeeding mother I believe you will be covered by the EA 2010 as having protected characteristics and therefore concessions must be allowed.
The court ushers will tell you what to do, where to go, and how to address the judge, so collar one when you get there. Ask about mother and child facilities as soon as you get there.
Claim for whatever you think is reasonable up to £95 unless you can prove the scamlicitors are acting unreasonably. Provide any and all proof of loss of earnings, printing, postage, plus mileage and parking on the day.
Costs schedule needs to be submitted a day or two before the hearing date. The guide to court should explain this. Give this a thorough re-reading and make sure you submit everything you need to both the court and the scamlicitors.
Good luck.

Is this okay to show signs print is very small? That's taken standing right in front of it and it's tiny so from a car it's completely useless.0 -
Also does it matter that I haven't kept all debt collection letters?0
-
Use all evidence that you can as your exhibits
The debt collector letters are irrelevant , just a waste of paper2 -
Yep, that sign beautifully illustrates that their sign is awful.
The £100 is buried at the bottom and is what, the 4th largest font? Compare it DIRECTLY to the BEAVIS parking eye signs where the (there) £85 was the LARGEST.3 -
When is your deadline to submit your witness statement? Im assuming you have yet todo so ? Its on the back of the hearing letter.1

Haven't submitted witness statement yet no. I have just over 2 weeks to submit.0
