If you do I'd say insistent but polite.

OK, will give it a try, maybe in a couple of days as I'm still traveling. Will keep everyone updated.
    Thanks

Hi guys, I just came back from a very busy conference so was not able to make any progress.
I tried but was unable to find the director's email address. :(
    Any suggestions please?

The address for service (correspondence address and registered office) seems to have changed to: -
Summer Lake Spine Road, South Cerney, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, GL7 5LW
    Another director is: -
    Thomas Maxwell Hugh
In lieu of an e-mail address why not try good, old-fashioned snail mail to the registered office?
  • A quick update:
I haven't managed to send a letter to the director because I have been away from the country for a month.
I received a letter from a debt collector (DebtLogic) yesterday entitled "payment due for an unpaid parking charge". The amount due has gone up to £160. I plan to send back an email and firmly refuse to pay, unless there are other advices.

Ignore debt collectors, please see NEWBIE sticky post # 4.
  • I remember that I read something like "ignore debt collectors except for the first letter". But I can't find that anymore.
Anyway, thanks. Will simply ignore the letter.

I received the second debit collection letter today saying this would be the last letter, and they will start court proceedings with county court action in Scotland.
Should I still just ignore the letter or any other advices?
If they do start court action, do I have to physically go to Scotland?
    Many thanks.

A county court in Scotland? Good luck finding one of those.
