    Another recent update.
After another DCA, I finally received a Letter of Claim today. Strange that I even feel a bit excited...
After reading the Newbies thread again, here is waht I am going to do at this stage. Could anyone advise if I missed anything?
1, write a SAR email to ArdPark, requesting information listed in the thread.
2, write another email to BW legal as per listed in the thread.
Is there anything missing? What should I expect in the next stage?
    thank you.
That looks like a good plan.

Next stage = you will receive a Claim from the County Court Business Centre.

I received the reponse from both parties. BW legal says they are holding the account for 30 days, but will proceed when the hold expires. ARDPark sent me some photos, email records etc. In their records, it shows the case was closed in Feb 2021, but I might have misunderstood. Anyway, any advice on what I should do now? Many thanks in advance.

Case closed might be their note for a case sent to BW Legal to pursue.

    Hi everyone. FYI,
I paid for parking 13 minutes after entering the car park due to waiting times and signal issues and left before the time expired, they refused to cancel the the PCN
I appealed to IAS, here is the response:

    Issued By: ARDPark Ltd

    Appeal Outcome: Accepted

The Adjudicators comments are as follows:

"The car park is free for customers registering their vehicle or those paying the correct tariff. If I understand correctly, the Operator claims the charge remains lawful as they paid for four hours and parked for four hours and fourteen minutes. I am satisfied the Appellant paid within the consideration period and if the Appellant wished the parking session to be backdated to the point of entry this should be made clear on the session times. It was not, and the appeal is allowed. "

As your appeal has been accepted, the charge has been cancelled by the operator and you do not need to take any further action.

    Yours Sincerely,
    The Independent Appeals Service

Good to see a win at IAS.  Is there any reason you picked this thread to post on?  Just because it was related to ARDPark?  Might have been better to start your own thread - still a good win.

If they have wasted your time, consider wasting theirs in return.  Read this

Wow, must be a new solicitor working for the IAS!

I am satisfied the Appellant paid within the consideration period and if the Appellant (he/she means the operator) wished the parking session to be backdated to the point of entry this should be made clear on the session times. It was not, and the appeal is allowed. "

It's been about 2 years since I last heard from BWlegal. Just when I thought they'd given up, I received another Letter of Claim today, on which the deadline of 25th June is given.
Since I've already done things suggested in the Newbie thread, I guess I don't need to do anything but just waiting for the court letter? By the way, we are moving house during the summer. Do I need to inform them the new address? Any suggestion is appreciated.
