Inform both the parking company and the solicitors of your change of address.
Failure to do that will allow these rogues to get a County Court Judgment against you without you having any opportunity to defend yourself.2 -
Yep, you'll get a CCJ if you don't.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, noted. Will inform them after I move.
Anything else should I do, or just waiting for the court notice?
thank you.0 -

thank you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I did this (asked them to put on hold) two years ago when they sent me the last letter of claim. Nothing happened afterwards so I thought they'd given up, until yesterday I received another letter of claim. Should I ask again for putting it on hold, or do nothing just waiting for the county court claim?0

Of course, when you do move, you should also inform DVLA for both your driving licence and the V5C for any car that you own.3

I think delaying it is risky. The claim could be served just as you move.

When you move it is important to also tell them to erase your former address. You don’t want to give them any chance of getting a default CCJ. So many people get them because the PPCs / solicitors choose to use an old address at some point in the 6 years they have to serve the claim.5

Thanks for all the advice.
So, to conclude, I don't do anything for now. When I move, tell both ARD park and bwl the new address and ask them to erase the old address. Expect a court claim.
If there is anything missing please let me know.
Many thanks to all.1
