By the way, we are moving house during the summer. Do I need to inform them the new address?
    Yes, you must.
Inform both the parking company and the solicitors of your change of address.

Failure to do that will allow these rogues to get a County Court Judgment against you without you having any opportunity to defend yourself.

Yep, you'll get a CCJ if you don't.

Thanks, noted. Will inform them after I move.
Anything else should I do, or just waiting for the court notice?
    thank you.

If you've required BWL to put this on hold for 30 days to enable you to take debt advice, you should hear nothing until you receive a County Court Claim.  That may be on day 31, but it could be at any time beyond (or never, but unlikely).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I did this (asked them to put on hold) two years ago when they sent me the last letter of claim. Nothing happened afterwards so I thought they'd given up, until yesterday I received another letter of claim. Should I ask again for putting it on hold, or do nothing just waiting for the county court claim?

It's up to you. Do you want to get this resolved asap or are you not bothered by delaying anything by at least another 30 days? If you really want to delay it just as a buggerance factor for the PPC, then just send your 30-day debt advice request by email to them on day 28 of their 30-day deadline.

Of course, when you do move, you should also inform DVLA for both your driving licence and the V5C for any car that you own.

I think delaying it is risky.  The claim could be served just as you move.

If it were me I'd let them crack on now.

    Thanks for all the advice.
So, to conclude, I don't do anything for now. When I move, tell both ARD park and  bwl the new address and ask them to erase the old address. Expect a court claim.
If there is anything missing please let me know.
    Many thanks to all.
