Just to clarify, by everything else you mean telecoms/broadband?

It is somewhat baffling how NowTV operate what seems to be two separate billing systems for TV and broadband. Another quirk is that Amex can be used for TV but not Broadband.

I got via Debit Card with my new Everyday Current account and was told via live chat if I want Debit Mastercard I have to order Replacement Card seems odd they are doing that, will see what turns up in the post

My 123 Visa DC expires end Nov and have just had an e-mail that I will be getting my new card by 20 Oct - I wonder what I will be getting.

My 123lite card expired in July I got MasterCard replacement, mt everyday account got visa.

As already discussed, simply mark the new Santander card as damaged (or lost) to get a Debit MasterCard plus the increased functionality in the app.

Not for Everyday accounts. They are still issuing VISA ones for these accounts.

I got visa debit card when opened account then ordered mastercard in online banking

No sure about this my everyday account debit card when it expired last year was replaced with a Mastercard Debit card.

A new everyday account I opened earlier this year came with a visa debit card with an expiry date of March 2022, so clearly as has been said further up the post new everyday accounts are coming with Visa Debit cards and ones that either expire or are reported as damaged or lost are being replaced with Mastercard debit cards.
