To do today:
Tidy kitchen - done (now need to do again)
Walk dog - done - might do again
Go for a longish run - done - very nice
Finish decorating back bedroom - yes its happening - except there's still a massive clutter berg in the middle of room. Problem mainly caused by uni son's stuff being home, even though he is working away. Pretty much done - need more paint for wood though grrr.
NSD - now probably not as need paint
Yesterday was meant to be NSD after shop of the month on Thursday, but I ended up going back to Sainsbury to take a sale item back and to get a refund for a bottle of wine I didn't buy ... it scanned twice w smart shop system. And I only realised that after I came home Thursday. So I very badly bought myself an actual bottle of wine and some reduced meat for dinner today.
Weed front of house -
Clean house
Cut up dress and jeans for skirt project.
Colour hair a lighter brown - for summer match
Foxgloves - proud of you for not buying stuff - I just take photos of it now 'to remind me later' and then a few weeks later I will delete photos and think - why on earth did I want that?
Anyways looks like it will be an other great week for a productive staycation.

Morning ally & ditty
ditty it looks like you're going to be busy today!
I don't have to collect madam until 11 so have been debating whether to go to the allotment - desperately need to! - or go for a run. I'm leaning towards running.... And I can take pup so he gets a good run through the woods
Might get a chance to go to the lottie later on depending on our plans for today. If not will go for a good sesh tomorrow
Plans for today are either going to Dreamland (theme park) in Margate - we have discount cards which means oh & I get free passes, saving about £40 :T or going to the beach. Either way we will take picnic/pack up
Do a load of washing & hang out
Polish & vacuum madam's room. Have finally tidied it up completely so will be good to do this before she comes home and starts playing again!
get madam to read
b/l/d from stores but think I will get things to have s'mores over the fire tonight. I have a bottle of wine in so that will be entertainment for tonight
d will be lo jackets with lo spag
sewing!
Hope you all have a great dayDF as at 30/12/16

Haha as always my list might very well run on for a few days. I even forgot to add that I have started decoupaging my laundry powder paper basket - inspired by wall paper glue I bought. I have a slightly unfortunate tendency to work on several projects horizontally - a lot of fun - but not for finishing things.Morning ally & ditty ditty it looks like you're going to be busy today!
CCL I hope you find your mojo again soon (and your husband to serve him papers) :-)One foot in front of the other and all that.
And BTW I got my actual plastic license ... jubii.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

A loud barking dog woke me up this morning so I've been cleaning and submitting self employment info to Universal credit
Ive got so much house stuff to do that i am not going to write a list but if you imagine there was an earthquake and everything fell out of all of your cupboards - thats what my house looks like\
Im currently in the process of preserving all of my allotment berries I've made tons of jam, cordial, creme de mure and I'm running out of ideas particularly for blackberries

Morning all. I woke up early (5:30) full of the joys of spring, so gave myself breakfast in bed, watched the news until it started to irritate me (doesn't take long these days!), fiddled on social media for a bit and was up by 6:30.
So far -
- I'd read so many posts on MSE about picking blackberries that I headed off with my plastic tub, down to the canal. We must be too far north, as they're nowhere near ready yet - but there's lots of them. Mmmm.
- did some ironing before it gets too warm
- washed the car. I used to take it to the car wash, but at £5 a time it mounts up. And also, by the time I've driven there and queued, it's quicker to just wash it myself too!!
- picked some rhubarb and stewed it, ready for pudding tonight. There's enough for two, so I'll have one tonight and another one later in the week.
Still to do -
- I'm seriously thinking of doing nothing for a bit, outside, and taking a coffee with me while I do it. And a couple of bikkies. I know I'll end up planning what I need to do next in the garden, because I'm basically rubbish at doing nothing. But if I don't practice, I'll never improve. I managed 10 minutes - then I decided to go and clear all the dead leaves from my clematis. As you do.
- I need to check how much it will cost to get Sky multi-room added to my package. The lodger is moving in to the attic in a couple of weeks, and I'm seriously embarrassed by the TV stations that he can get up there at the moment (it's some sort of cheap aerial that OH picked up off of ebay ages ago). According to the website it's another £12 a month - but I need to talk to them to confirm.
- I need to make some emergency butter for my 'Butter in the Barn' session tomorrow (https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/events/10048537-8313-4e89-8aef-ae964aba060f/pages/details - I'm the dairymaid...). Which reminds me, I need to take the cream out of the fridge now, so that it can come up to room temperature beforehand. Done
- and finally I'm going to have a bit of a pampering sesh tonight, soak in the bath and generally de-louse/exfoliate/buff/moisturise and tweeze as required. Background music, glass of something... I'll be GORGEOUS by tomorrow. Maybe.
CCL - cut yourself some slack, that's a long list even if you felt like doing it. xxNo longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0 -

Hello

Lack of motivation continues, but I have done the following so far:
Bit of a kitchen clean up
Had a look around food supplies to see if anything looked like going off - so far I have found a wrinkly apple (now turned into apple scones), and lots of courgettes. Now these are still in good shape, but as all courgette growers know at this time of the year - they multiply, in the fridge, kitchen, garden, everywhere  So I made a batch of Foxgloves' courgette curry, which I shall freeze. I also seem to have a superabundance of carrots, as a huge bag arrived with my shopping the other afternoon. I assume they were out of smaller bags and substituted a bigger one. I only paid for a small one, so that is ok, but I now have a monstrous pile of carrots, so may make soup.
Apart from fetching a box to pack an ebay sale from the garage, that is about it
Ought to do some housework
It is too dry outside to do any gardening except for tidying and watering.
Need to pack that ebay item, make some bread...
Will see how far I get!0 -

I work nights managing in a 24 hour industry, hunni, I was on my break. I will see if I can find more offers for you, and the rest of the DFW posse.
