I had wondered if you were working in education. I do sympathise...my ex used to go out at night, I never knew where and never knew when he would return. I well remember the stomach churning feeling, lack of sleep and knowing in just a few hours I would be racing around getting the children to school and getting myself to work. You've also got to look at it the other way around.... HE is not what you need or want, he'd have to change massively for that to be the case and it's never going to happen because he'd have to be a totally different person.
