Words fail me to be honest.
He seems to be a really nasty piece of work.
I am beginning to wonder if he has mental health problems.
More importantly where are you & do you feel safe?

  • Have you got anyone who could accompany you to the house? If you haven't done so already I would get key documents together in an envelope that you can grab quickly or store elsewhere. Is the tenancy a joint one?

Read through your diary, start to finish.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this, I genuinely am. I've been in crappy relationships that sound much the same, getting out will feel like walking through mud but after a few months you'll feel like you've got wings.

Your tenacity with eBay is amazing, I'm about to start selling all my junk and you've motivated me so much!

I think you should talk to the police and try and get him out. He's threatening you and trying to evict you and the kids. At the very least there will be a record when you come to divorce but it may work out well to show him you will stand up to him. Don't leave him in the house. He will ruin your deposit chances. I can even see him staying but not paying rent and flushing your credit down the toilet.
I also think it means you can apply for divorce sooner. Keep going xxx

  • Tenancy is a joint one. I personally think he is worrying about going. He can't afford it

I think you're right but that's not your problem. His behaviour has caused this situation.

When can you view the cottage?
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.
