Lovely to see you post again. Good to see that you've been putting a lot in to yourself during this time. Whilst still doing everything for everyone else though. Silly comments about your lovely dog.
Hope you keep doing nice things for yourself like the running club. And great news on all the sales xxxx

It seems like it will all come together soon.
I’m running too, it’s done wonders for my mood, energy levels and motivation; hopefully you’re feeling the same benefits - you sound positive.

We`ve missed you Emma!  Quite right about the divorce, if he wants it in a hurry - your ex can pay!
You sounds in tip top condition and well done for the running.
Sending positive vibes for 2021 in case you dont `pop` in for a while xx.
  • You sound so positive! Well done on the running. I can't run (used to compete in cross country as a teen, tried again about five years ago, my knee did not agree 😂) but have been getting out in longish walks which I love. For me it's the opposite of company, I escape the house and pop on podcasts and have a decent length of time to myself 😁

And you are a saint living with your parents. I wouldn't be able to do it!

Good to hear positive news Emma.  Strange how your Mum, as a guest in your house, thinks it’s ok to moan about your dog.
Running can be great for the mood, as well as your fitness,  plus you’re still reducing your debt. Well done you.

You sound like you are doing so well Emma and I hope the charity takes you on as freelance.  What a great idea for a business.  I would hire you if I lived near you as I cannot be bothered with selling stuff on ebay and just donate it to charity or freecycle.  We don't really need the extra money so I just consider that better anyway if the charities are using our old items to raise money.
As someone who has to watch their weight either I am not sure a cupboard of unhealthy food is a great idea if you are trying to lose weight. Is your mum trying to sabotage you? I would bag it up and give it back to her and tell her you are trying to eat more healthily although if that will cause a fight just maybe ignore it and test your willpower ;)

I hope 2021 is good to you.

Emma - I don't post on here very often but you have come such a long way in a year which has been really horrible for everybody but especially hard for those struggling with special domestic difficulties.  All praise to you.  Allow yourself a time for self congratulation and move on with your head held high.

    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy
