Well done, DundeeDoll at your loss this week and thanks for the encouraging words, I am looking forward to feeling more comfortable very much.
As I am leaving at 4am tomorrow and I am usually unable to get online from our location in France (it is very remote), I decided to weigh in this morning, although Weds are going to be my weigh-in day. So, I am pleased to announce another 3lbs loss, bringing my total loss a fabulous 5.5lbs! I know this is the usual first week loss, so am not expecting it to be as much in future.31.5/1000 -

Afternoon All
Well done FrugalLina :T and I hope you have a lovely holiday.
It's quite a cold blustery day here, only did a short walk this morning and busy catching up on some paperwork this afternoon.
Had to order a new remote for the telly, its supposed to arrive by the weekend only problem I haven't worked out how to change the channels or if its even possible using the buttons on the side
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - soup, oatcake
D - fish fingers, chips & peastighteningthebelt wrote: »Re cigarette smell - I'm the opposite, gave up 2013, hardly ever want one, but if I smell it I'm like the bisto kid!!

Hiya.
Well done DundeeDoll another smiley beaming out at you from Brambling's post.
need2b I agree with the others, sts is good too, and its bound to happen. 2 steps forward, 1 step sts. You're at 8.5lb this quarter, and never gone backwards, that's mighty fine. Take heart! I lose weight stepwise too. i reckon when you know you're doing everything right just keep doing it, the weight gets the message in the end.
Busy day.
B
L - I had tuna and corn sandwich with side salad (technically tuna mayo but I had to use a spatula to get the homeopathic quantities out of the jar so not counting it!)
S - stole 7 fries from manchild's macdonalds, just temptation and greed, they weren't even nice.
T - chilli and rice, jelly and a bit of FF yogurt
S - will be 25g cereal and an apricot again
Chilli is the 3rd incarnation from 1 pack of mince, keema and shepherds pie were related, will be 7 meals from 400g. It'll be chilli and rice again tomorrow. Then I'll move on to the 5 tubs veg curry (and 1 lamb curry) from the freezer. (Somebody once told me I have a high tolerance for leftovers, so I took it as a compliment and it confused them!!)Then I'll have to actually think and plan.A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
You're welcome we can spare it, yellow socks0 -
Thank you very much, Need2bthrifty!
I think I am all packed and the house/garden left in a reasonable state. My DIL is coming round to cuddle/feed the cat/water the plants and garden. Off to bed to try and sleep, as I need to get up at 3am, think I am a bit too excited, though.
So, food was just dinner this evening as it is a fast day and, again, I am using up bits and bobs that I have in, therefore a bit of a hotchpotch again.
D- Vege burger, chopped up into a medley of couscous and vegetables, followed by raspberries and Alpro yogurt.
See you all in about 12 days - be good while I am gone!31.5/1000
