I have just noticed that they have the wrong car on the NTK, so if I send them the V5 they will realise their mistake, can I send them a photograph of the driving licence?

Also if they requested the detail from the DVLA they would have got the correct car through, which then begs the question where did they get the driver details from?

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

It is certainly pretty crap that these guys are not regulated and that the keepers details can be handed out without even a review!
However this site has given me the desire to fight the PCN and with the help, support and information these threads contain it makes life so much easier.
