Armtrac final letter

Hi there,
The keeper has read all the newbies data (which was amazing so thank you) but think I may have missed the point of appeal. The keeper received the NTK but ignored it thinking that was what The keeper was supposed to do, however The keeper has now received a FINAL LETTER BEFORE DEBT RECOVERY OR COURT ACTION (crapping myself).
Should The keeper still send the one fits all template to Armtrac or has the keeper missed the ship and need to pay?
The keeper took all of the photo evidence at the time as the car was parked over the line (not wholly in the marked bays) the bays were marked but very faint and part missing altogether.

the vehicle was over the line , not you , they do not monitor people
too late to appeal, and even if it had been appealed at the time it would have been rejected, leaving you in the same position as you are now
ignore the debt collector letter but email a SAR to ARMTRAC and get all the docs , pics and data they hold on you and the vehicle
no blabbing about who was driving, so edit your post above, the DRIVER parked on the day, the KEEPER has received all the letters so far
keep it that way
you only have to pay if a judge says so, in court
ARMTRAC have 6 years to try court
so IGNORE this debt collector letter but DO email the SAR with proof of ID like a pic of the V5C attached0 -
Thank you,
Is there a standard SAR contents that I can copy and amend?0 -
yes, all explained back in that NEWBIES thread, post #2 (the legal beagles template)0

Hope you have pictures of any signs taken without flash if the alleged contravention happened at night.
Also post the date this occurred and NTK date of issue.0 -
Yes The keeper has taken photos of the parking space with and without the car in it, it clearly shows very faint marking and missing marking.
The keeper also has photos of the signage on the same day0 -
Sorry date the offence occurred was the 26/3/19
NTK sending date was the 12/6/190 -
Please edit your original post.
The KEEPER took photos and received the NTK whilst the DRIVER parked on the day.
No I, me,myself.
The PPCs read this forum and can use your posts against you.
The dates suggest they have failed POFA so cannot hold the keeper liable.0 -
I am using iPhone and have tried to edit but it doesn’t do anything.??0
