ALDI Super 6 From 1st August 2019 - Fruit and Veg for 79p
Blueberries,150g, 79p. Passion Fruit, 3 pack, 79p. Coctail Vine Tomatoes, 250g, 79p. Avocado, 79p each. Loose Mango, 79p each. Galia Melon 79p each
    Rubbish for me :(

Not too bad for us. I'll definitely eat the tomatoes and melon and DH loves blueberries. :)

Just a few syns for the curry (IIRC it's 1.5 for the whole pack which we shared). So a good day for me. :)

Meal plan and shop tomorrow and then I'm good to go until lunch out on Thursday. I really need to go to WI before then so let's hope I feel a bit thinner PDQ. :)

Been chucking it down all night and not had much sleep and it was still raining with no sign of letting up so we gave up on our weekend away and came home. Got home about half hour ago. This of course means I can save on syns as won't be drinking as much as I would have done!

    Today's plan:

B - SW fry up - bacon, mushrooms, eggs, tomatoes, beans
L - prawn salad - mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, pickled onions, pickled beetroot
D - HM meatballs in a HM tomato & veg sauce

    HEA - milk
HEB - nothing planned but have got Ryvita, hifi, bread etc if I want something later
Syns - may have a G&T or a rum & diet ginger beer or two!

Still drinking several glasses of flavoured water a day, apparently helps when I have to have the canula put in at the hospital if I've drunk plenty of water so need to keep that up!

    Afternoon all :A
WI with loss of .6lb happy as still going in the right direction :D

Had a funny old day yesterday, Drs appointment in sweltering heat caused me to collapse in his office  laid on floor while he took my vitals. Stepped over me to answer door and had conversation while I laid there :rotfl:. Moved to another room where I remained on floor for an hour while he popped in between patients. I’m fine but felt so embarrassed :o. I’m blaming the heat but last time I saw said Dr I had panic attack in front of him so maybe it’s just him :rotfl:

Still close here but not sunny, been trying to rain on and off. Was lovely walking the dog in the cooler air.

Have a good weekend all :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Glad to hear you're OK tie. Poor you.:)

Sorry about your weekend being cancelled denise. Here it only rained in the night and very early morning. Now it's pleasantly cool (22 degrees) and sunny.

At last I'm feeling a bit thinner!:j It feels so good not to have a tight, bloated stomach. It's not as flat as I like but it's a start. I feel so much more positive.

I've done my meal plan and shop for the week so all set for a few more on plan days. Most importantly, I've replenished the Speed food!:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, fried egg, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onion, tomato and various pickles
D: HM burger, SW chips, asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, tomato, mushrooms, fried onions
    Syns: weekend wine:j:j:j
