crossing my fingers for WI tomorrow. I know I have only lost 1st 9.5 lbs since Jan but this is the first summer for ages that I have not felt fat and sweaty (even in this heatwave).

I have worn my one and only summer dress and it felt OK (last worn about 5 years ago) and I have been wearing shorts and Cotton tops for going out in rather than just in the house. previously I wore a lot of cropped leggings but now feel confident enough to wear shorts.

Something strange is happening to me .... I now go out and think “would I rather eat a cake or wear my shorts”. :rotfl: I am thinking a lot more about the benefits of being a bit slimmer.
    Good luck everybody!
Thanks for that post penny . I don't think it's strange that you'd prefer shorts to cake. I think it's brilliant. What's that saying? Something like 'Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels... It's true! :D

I don't wear shorts because I have a long body and don't find them comfortable but I do wear short skirts and dresses.

So far I've had about 8 syns. Nothing very SW friendly at teatime so as it would have looked odd and rude to eat nothing I had 2 crustless little sandwiches, one egg and one cucumber. DH just offered me a glass of wine... and I said No!

    Well done!

I remember reading an article in a calorie counting guide which said.

Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

That was around 35 years ago.:rotfl:
