I can go better than that. Morning after the 87 storm, I opened the curtains to the bedroom and wondered why there was a tree against the window:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi back again! I was right about feeling I'd lost some this week and it was one of my bigger losses!!! Lost 1.5lb. Much better than usual half or pound.

I'm now just below target weight. I'd like to try and get to bottom end of target (another 2.5lb) before I go on holiday towards the end of August to give me some leeway for the French bread and wine! Although not going to be too easy this week as we away from a long weekend at a Beer Festival! Thankfully I don't drink beer so at least my G&Ts will be much lower in Syns that DH's:D.

Having said that it might not be France as we're thinking about Germany for a change but haven't made a final decision yet. Will probably end up leaving it until we actually get to France, LOL! as we've just booked the tunnel and that's it.

:T well done on your loss denise. Delighted for you.:)

Still plodding here. I don't feel fat at the moment but that's probably because I have a loose, floaty dress on so nothing pressing on my stomach to remind me.:)

We've been out for a walk this morning, shorter and slower than usual but it's all Body Magic.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with chilli, cottage cheese and pickled cabbage
D: baked haddock with potatoes (not sure how to cook them yet), asparagus, mange tout, mushrooms, tomatoes and possibly peas (Speed veg running low)
    Syns: HP sauce 1

Well done Maman on going out for a walk in this heat. Even when I went to group this morning the temperature here was 29! Was 35 when I was driving home from group & shopping. Now sitting indoors with all the doors and windows shut as it is far cooler than outside. Have had to shut my bedroom curtains because it's south facing and was getting really hot in there!

Haven't had haddock for ages, don't think I have any if the freezer at the moment apart from very small pieces which I use for fish pie. Not going to buy any though as really want to empty my outside freezer and defrost it before we go on holiday.

Going to take some stuff out of it to put in the motorhome for our long weekend so that will free up some space and release a few lock n lock boxes as almost all of them are in there! Only got a couple of big ones and a small one left in the cupboard.
