Stayed the flipping same again! Am home armed with SAS log and determined to lose 3 lbs this week so I can go on holiday 2 stone lighter.
A few years ago I did SW and lost 1.75 stones and same thing happened, I just stayed the same despite having plenty still to lose. i gave up then!
But you're not going to give up this time. :A
Enjoy your holiday, have plenty of treats and then come back and start again. Sometimes a bit of a shake up of the system can help. Can't remember if you go to group, if so what does consultant say? Maybe when you get back we could check menus for you.
DIM , I'd do more than 50g of pasta as if it was too much you can always make a bit of pasta salad. Probably too late now so was 50g enough?0 -

KFC chicken (p) 6 chips (f) salad leaves, radish, tom, beetroot , cucumber all free
Coleslaw red & white cabbage, carrot , onion (f) greek ff yog (f) tsp lighter mayo ?
I just wanted to thank you for posting this. My son is trying to lose some weight and only really likes chicken, no sauces, which can get a bit boring. I made this for him tonight and he really enjoyed it. He has autism and it takes a lot for him to try new things, so thank you for this0 -
You're doing so well to be below target tie.:T
Have a lovely evening.
Great idea to have a meal plan Pollyanna. Is this fairly typical of the meals your girls would choose? I've made a few notes to try to help.
It's a menu that you could have within syns if that's what you want to eat. It will rely on you having Speed fruit and veg heavily at breakfast and lunch and you'd find it hard to have many syns left for weekend wine.HTH
Thank you very much for your notes.
I decided to do a menu based on my children and what they eat and then change some aspects so that we are not eating completely different meals as that's not what I want to do.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

But.....as long as it keeps on going one way or another I am happy
DD has invited us all over her and her fiances house tonight for a meal, so I am taking mine with me as I don't want to put on anything as I have holiday in a few days.
So meals today:
Breakfast: Tangerine (S) and Apple (S) cup of tea (HEA) To be honest the apple and tangerine were not nice, they were Aldi's which I am usually fine with but the ones I bought last week from Iceland were so much nicer.
Dinner: Some more of my homemade soup, so all (S) other than sweet potatoes and potatoes (F), wholemeal roll 60g (HEA), 20g cheese (HEA) and beetroot (S). I am really full now.
Tea: Penne pasta (F), Tuna (P?), rocket (S), cucumber (S) and tomatoes (S) and some salad cream!! 4 syns.
Snacks 3 jaffa cakes 7.5 syns, milky coffee 1 sugar = 1 syn and milk from HEA, and probably 2 more cups of tea (HEA). Syns in all 12.5
How much pasta would be ok do you think? Maybe 50g of dry?
I usually do 75g of dry pasta and rice for a portion. If I'm feeling greedy, I sometimes go up to 100g.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
