Ooooo just remembered I used to eat a lot of Mullerlite vanilla and banana and custard yogurts, are they still free?Weight loss 6lb/16lb 10lb to goI spend an insane amount of time wondering if I am doing it right, sometimes I remind myself that I am doing my best....and that is enough0

DIMW that's a great day today. Cheese is P but we always just say HEA!
Unfortunately the Mullerlites are no longer Free. Both of those are 0.5 a pot so definitely not a syn buster if you want to have them.

I will certainly let people know what the sauce is like with my pasta... if I end up making it. Feeling so cruddy at the moment, just happy I'm sticking to the diet, but I'm not feeling like drinking, so all is good.
I'm actually thinking of trying to get a doctor's appointment tomorrow which is unheard of for me!
Dinner was gammon, mash (DD1 was disappointed, for some reason, she had wedges in her head) and the veg was broccoli and cabbage. Well my parents are Irish, haha.
I had gravy which I have synned as 1.0 (quite surprised, not sure why, but I thought gravy would be free). And mustard which I synned as 0.5. It's a foreign Germany type mustard which I think I would compare most to Dijon.
There is leftover mash and broccoli which I nabbed before my Mum carted it off home. Normally I let her, but I know there was no butter in either, so thought I'd keep them for lunch tomorrow. Just not sure what to do with them now. I've heard you can revitalise mash by baking it, but not sure? Usually I'd fry it with eggs, but would that work without butter? Or maybe I should just go for it and use some butter. I'm only up to 23.5syns after 4 days.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Got to be bubble and squeak! I love it if there's leftover mash and veg - just give it all a good mix together, salt and pepper, form into cakes and fry in Frylight (or if you haven't got Frylight, as little oil as you can get away with) - lovely with a fried egg,or ham and pickles.0 -
Pollyanna you can make free gravy! Just use an Oxo cube or similar and make up as usual with boiling water in a saucepan and then add Xanthum gum which is a Free food (a gluten free thickener) a little at a time beating the whole time until thickened to desired consistency.
Or you can make some onion gravy but that takes quite a long time and a bit of a faff. If you want the recipe happy to post it.
I too would go for bubble & squeak with a fried egg and/or ham and pickles.
