Sounds good, not that I'm a fan of mac cheese. Too mushy for me but DH loves it. :)

Enjoy the Prosecco pollyanna ! 🍾 You're right it is 30 syns and worth every one IMO. :D

Don't worry about the sprays, my consultant says it's fine. Roast carrots are fine too and Speed. I make some carrot chips along with the potato ones. If you found the cod bland then have something spicy with it. One of our favourites is cauliflower steaks: just cut a thick slice from the middle of the cauli, spray with frylight and sprinkle with spices of your choice. I use garlic granules and paprika. It takes about as long as chips. All plain fish is free and protein but be careful if it's something like salmon with chilli sauce or a marinade as they have a few syns. :)

Your weekend away sounds lovely Joedenise, we used to go away to shows and I loved the camping part, so relaxing with pretty much nothing to do.
Right I am going to have to watch the yogurt then.....maybe put it in last minute and heat it quickly?? No idea on cooking meals I am a baker :)
I love peas so that is more good news for me.
I don't have a Sainsburys anywhere near, probably 45 minutes away at least I think. Maybe Aldi will bring theirs back??
This curry wanting thing is Bubbs fault the picture looked just like chinese takeaway and now I fancy it every minute of the day :rotfl::rotfl:
Bubble and squeak is another of my favourites I could eat and eat it :)
Is there a particularly day everyone weigh in on or do we just chose our own day?
Boiled new potatoes tonight and then cut them in half and sprayed with frylight and then DH decided I needed some seasoning so covered them in barbecue seasoning and then I grilled them, they were lovely, made all the difference.
    Thanks everyone :)

I spend an insane amount of time wondering if I am doing it right, sometimes I remind myself that I am doing my best....and that is enough

Asda, Lidl and Hellman's all do mayo at half a syn DIM, it depends on how much you use or if you prefer salad cream if it's worth tracking it down. I always try to make savings where I can but we can use our syns any way we want.:)

Most people have been to a class at some time and have got into the habit of a particular WI day but you can choose your own. I think if I was choosing I'd go for a Friday morning as I have most syns at weekends but it's personal preference.

At the moment we're not having a chart because the lovely Chris has family issues but she accepts results any day. Does anyone think we should start a new thread for Autumn? :undecided:think:

The stuffed peppers were fab. I used the pointed ones from Aldi, stuffed with Aldi golden vegetable rice topped with slices of tomato and a sprinkle of Parmesan. :)

No, its Asda smart price instant mash, i have tried them all and that's the best:D with garlic granules, mustard powder and paprika, dip the chicken in egg, roll in the dry mixture, put on a fry lighted tray, spray the chicken, put in pre heated oven for about 15 mins, take out, turn over , spray again cook for 15-20 mins till cooked :D
Mash used to be free when i was getting to target although its now synned, but don't count it:p
I made that curry with Mayflower powde 4 syn for 28g of powder
Everyone tends to weigh there own day, some go to group so same day every week, my day is a bloody Monday of all days!!:rotfl::rotfl:

We could just about do two. It doesn't really matter how many weeks each one is. I just think lurkers will often join in a newish thread.
