    Enjoy your cruise Sleazy.

At least it wasn't a gain GTS. Consultant's probably right about the water retention. At least you'll probably eat a bit more this week with the weather cooling down to more normal temperatures this week coming.

Same from me. Thinking of you both.:A

I hope there's some truth in what you say GTQ. I've been 100% on plan this week and I don't fell any thinner.:( I did manage to magic up enough Speed yesterday too by having a concoction of the bits of veg I had and half a melon last night so I'm doing my best. :)

Today's going to be a bit of a struggle so I'll probably take it an hour at a time. I'm out for a bit of a garden party/tea this afternoon. I know there'll be cake but hoping there might also be strawberries or something I can nibble on. It's not really even a meal time just a get together. Then this evening I'm hoping to cut down on the wine syns. It'll be hard as I look forward to Friday evenings. Maybe I'll join you on the G&T's denise.;)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, LO mash and veg, pickles
D: Aldi curry (with some extra speed added from freezer), SW chips, HM pilau
    Syns: tbc

Well we survived the heat yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Globe, the play was fantastic and the staff were amazing handing out paper hats and free water to help everyone stay as cool as possible. Chaos on the trains getting home though!

    Yesterday
    B yog and fruit
L pitta hexb with ham and salad and strawberries and an apple
    2 fruit pastilles 2

D veg rice with eggs and salad and grated cheese hexa, was a bit rushed as we were late getting in

    Today
    B fruit
L french toast using a thin bagel hexb
D beef stroganoff with pasta cheese hexa

    Have fun sleazy xx

    Afternoon all.

Well done all the losers, glad we all survived the heat yesterday - absolutely the hottest I can ever recall here.

Somehow, between Tuesday (when I had a mid week weigh) and today I have gained 4lbs - in 3 days??? We had an impromptu street barbecue on Wednesday and I had a couple of glasses of wine, all within the week's syns and a bread roll, also within syns, otherwise on plan so I have no idea where the gain has come from. I'm getting nowhere at the moment, holidays in less than 3 weeks and I can't fasten last years shorts! or rather I can but they cut me in half.

    Help!!

crossing my fingers for WI tomorrow. I know I have only lost 1st 9.5 lbs since Jan but this is the first summer for ages that I have not felt fat and sweaty (even in this heatwave).

I have worn my one and only summer dress and it felt OK (last worn about 5 years ago) and I have been wearing shorts and Cotton tops for going out in rather than just in the house. previously I wore a lot of cropped leggings but now feel confident enough to wear shorts.

Something strange is happening to me .... I now go out and think “would I rather eat a cake or wear my shorts”. :rotfl: I am thinking a lot more about the benefits of being a bit slimmer.
    Good luck everybody!

We're away this weekend in the motorhome but the weather doesn't look too good for parking on grass! But we're still going as we had to pay in advance! If it had been on the day we probably wouldn't go.

I'm taking our food with us as no idea if we'll be anywhere near shops and also I know that we'll be on plan that way. All the Syns will be alcohol - I'm going to stick to G&T to keep it a bit lower than it would be with wine! DH will be drinking beer as it's a Beer Festival.

    Today's plan:

    B - boiled eggs & soldiers - HEB
L - ham & cheese salad - mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, spring onions, grated carrot, pickled beetroot & pickled onions
D - HM meatballs in HM tomato sauce

    HEA - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - gin:D

    Enjoy your break :D
