We're away this weekend in the motorhome but the weather doesn't look too good for parking on grass! But we're still going as we had to pay in advance! If it had been on the day we probably wouldn't go.
I'm taking our food with us as no idea if we'll be anywhere near shops and also I know that we'll be on plan that way. All the Syns will be alcohol - I'm going to stick to G&T to keep it a bit lower than it would be with wine! DH will be drinking beer as it's a Beer Festival.
Today's plan:
B - boiled eggs & soldiers - HEB
L - ham & cheese salad - mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, spring onions, grated carrot, pickled beetroot & pickled onions
D - HM meatballs in HM tomato sauce
HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - gin:D

We're going on a two week cruise - travelling to Newcastle todsy and leave tomorrow.
I did an extra WI as won't be able to do the usual Sunday one.
Pleased to say that I've lost another 2.5 pounds this week, my next WI will be Sunday August 11th ,0 -
Well done everyone on losses this week, normal service for me restored:( STS, however, consultant did point out that it happened to alot yesterday, as we had upped our fluids considerably, there was probably retention. I also probably had not eaten enough as it is too hot, hopefully, will be better for the next week. On plus side, it wasn't a gain:DA smile costs little but creates much
