Well done on getting to target and staying there. Have you seen anyone about it? If it bothers you, it's definitely worth investigating.

Not yet. I've been looking at Radio Frequency as well but can't see it being effective enough.

Someone at my group is doing this.
He has to keep the weight off for a year & then can have the op.
So go & see your GP and get referred 😊

Referred? I wasn't aware this was something done on the NHS. I had looked at a couple of surgeries in the UK and also a few abroad. I'm closing in on a year now, a few more months.

All I know is the information from the man in our group and that’s what he said.
He has seen his GP and if the weight he has lost is still off in a year then he can have the surgery.
    He has lost 9 stone.

    Hi all.

Sorry, a bit late to the party. Thanks Chris for the new thread. Welcome newbies and returners.

    Today's menu
    B Fruit and yoghurt
L Ham salad sandwich, bag of lentil curl crisps, orange
D Steak with SW chips, roast veg (onions, peppers, large mushrooms, tomatoes) and a little peppercorn sauce from granules. Don't think I'll have this again as it was incredibly salty and not worth the syns. (2)

Does anyone know where I might buy lower fat lamb mince?? I know lamb is generally a more fatty meat but I want to have a go at the kebab from the PON book but don't fancy it with beef.

Hope everyone is having a good week. I still haven't weighed in yet, but i've been told as a target member it will be free to re-activate so long as i'm still at target, which I am.

I am, however, having to concede that I'm finally considering an operation to remove the loose skin. For a long time, I didn't think I needed it, and I don't know, maybe it's a short term fix for limited happiness but as it stands, I think there's very little I can do :(
My arms are terrible, they hang:( i cannot wear a strappy top:(
