    :eek::eek: that's a shame, i made a crustless quiche today same thing but bigger, i put pepper, bacon, onion and mushrooms then just beat eggs and poured over, sliced toms and a ground of pepper

    No:rotfl::rotfl: bacon has enough salt, salt veg when boiling and always used to put it on at the table too, but rarely do now:cool:

    Evening.
    Whenever I make one with mushrooms it just ends up brown and wet!
    What do I do wrong with something so simple???

    I dont normally put it in when I am cooking.

    I always put mushrooms in i dry fry them with everything,i buy really form closed cup ones
