Morning all, looks like it's going to be another nice day. Have got the WM on and another 2 loads ready to go on after. I will then have a completely empty wash bin but not for long. It never seems to be empty long does it?

Need to go shopping today as have completely run out of some tinned stuff and also have no fruit at all left (except a couple of lemons:rotfl: - I know they're Speed but can't eat 'em, LOL!)

    Today's plan:

B - bacon, egg, mushrooms & tomatoes (have run out of beans:eek:)
L - burger & onions in thin bagel (HEB)
D - beef stifado (from this month's magazine); mash & cauliflower

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bagel thin
Syns - red wine in stifado marinade 1.5; might pick up some chocolate when I go shopping and have a couple squares tonight

Hi everyone, I wonder if I could re-join you? I have been here before and know what a supportive group this is.

Last night I took myself off and re-registered at our local SW class. I've just lost my way with food, and can't do this alone so hopefully between going there and reading your posts here I can get back to my target. I just feel so lumpy and unhealthy.

Hope those of you having a tough time at the moment are ok, and things pick up for you soon.

Welcome back Inazuma, of course you can rejoin the thread. If you think it might help you feel free to post your menu plans like some of do. I've been at target for 7 years and still post my menus as it helps me to stay on track!

Good luck with your journey back to target.
