I have made my first ever SW muffins today.
Not the best but a start.
I had a problem in that my salt grinder came apart when grinding the salt.
It would only happen to me  :rotfl:

Thanks for your kind words, I will post my menus and see if being accountable helps! I am just a bit sick of food, being a perpetual dieter, so I enjoy seeing what you are all eating for inspiration.

b: Strawberries. Blimmin huge, the size of small apples.
    l: Poached eggs
d: This where it all goes wrong - salmon en croute. OH bought it yesterday (whilst I was in church hall joining SW!) as a treat for dinner tonight and I am going to have to go with it. It's almost 24 syns! I will leave as much pastry as I can and have lots of veg (white cabbage, fine beans)

A=milk in my tea B= not sure yet.

Thank you Chrisv! I won't set a target if ok, just plod along. I'll be away for 2 weeks for the next 3 months so any loss will be a bonus.

Yesterday I was ok all day then had cake so today it's SP penance.

    B. Yogurt (2) strawberries, 10 almonds + 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (HEB)
    L. Smoked salmon omelette (1 for spray oil), 70g light mozzarella on tomatoes and rocket (4 for 2 tsps oil), cherries, peach, apricot.
    D. Tempeh (1) broccoli carrot stir fry (1 for spray oil). 90g ricotta with 2 tsps fruit conserve (1). If still peckish, banana and sod SP!

    Tomorrow WI.

    Have a good evening all.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Well done to our SOTWs :j. Thank you chrisv for our shiny new thread and the motivational charts :D:D:D. Hugs to those that need them xxx And welcome to any newbies and oldies joining or rejoining.

Pleased to report -2lbs after WI today. We had a holiday cover consultant today, made a nice change, in the nicest possible way :o. She used to be a size 32  Is now I think 7st smaller, but not exactly slim. Doesn’t seem to be a requirement for a SW consultant? My usual consultant doesn’t really share anything about her ‘journey’ and me being fairly newish to the group, I don’t feel like I can ask her about it. Someone told me today they have been going to this group for over 5yrs, and the consultant’s shape had not changed :o. Perhaps it is none of my business, just don’t find it very motivational. Getting to know more and more members in my group, so I don’t think I will change group anytime soon, just find it hard to accept.

Anyway, pleased to have kickstarted the weightloss again. Have stocked up on lots of fresh stuff today and did quite a bit of cooking yesterday (kebab & crustless quiche, also sticky chicken thighs), so plenty of food options when I open the fridge, all on plan :T:T:T. And OH reported he was back to the weight from before our holiday a few weeks ago, so he is back on board again too. Had a bit of a moan at him and that I needed his support, makes it so much easier if you both have the same goal and you can spur eachother on when needed.

Next week we celebrate Diamond members at group and have to bring Tasters. I will bring a recent discovery of mine, bet you all know about it already; Beetroot Hummus! Love it!! New to me . Made it with a can of chickpeas, 4 balls of beetroot (I buy the vacuumpacks for 45p in Tesco), handful of fresh mint, plus some ff yogurt, blitz and voila, a delicious dip :D:D:D.

Caterina I wouldn't worry too much if you decide to have a banana as most of your day has been SP and you are below 10 Syns. You are allowed to have the odd Free food!

PIB - I don't think any of the SW "hummus" recipes are really hummus in the true sense they are definitely more of a dip:D. Personally I prefer to make a proper hummus and syn it, although I only use 1 Tbs of olive oil rather than 2 and then add a bit of water to loosen it if needed. The amount I make works out at 1 syn per Tbs which I'm happy with as you don't need a huge amount at a time.

Well done to all the losers. I'm just hoping for a loss this week although with hospital tomorrow I won't be holding my breath!

Being a meanie I cooked them anyway!!
So they were way way too salty.Yuk!!!
It would only happen to me:eek::rotfl::rotfl:

What does everyone else put in their muffins?
