    Not a good day.
Someone I know took their own life.
So so sad & I so feel for their family.

That is so sad. My dad found a suicide many years ago, everyone forgets the impact it can have on the person/family who finds them if they are not immediate family.

We are never aware of the demons some people face, one of the guys at work took his life a few years ago, we were shocked as there was nothing to indicate that he had these demons in his life as he never let them be seen at work.

Can just hope that they are all at peace now.

Yes. I so hope that they have found the peace that they crave.

So sorry to hear your sad news. I felt for the family and friends.

Vebastare Bubbs beat me to it. The blue cheese triangles are 1.5 syns each or 5 for HEA.

Back at hospital again today. Calcium levels still too high so more fluids. Got here before 8 this morning for blood test and waited until 12.30 before they started the 4 hour drip. Will need to see Dr again before I leave so will be lucky if I get out of here before 5! Just in time to hit the rush hour traffic.

    Menu plan today:

    B - overnight oats
    L - egg salad
D - lamb tagine, couscous. Currently in slow cooker

    HEA - Milk
    HEB - oats
    Syns- none planned
