Gosh, catching up here, lots to read. So sorry chrisv to hear about your loss, sending (((hugs))).
Well done to all our losers. Very small loss here of 0.5lb, no logic to it, last week 3lbs, go figure, I did not do anything different. Will stick to the plan, and on that logic should have a bigger loss again next week :rotfl:. Still very pleased with progress and total loss of 4st1lb so far. I found an old (unflattering!) pic, put on same top and took a selfie and did one of those side-by-side pic collages and I can finally see a difference
. Very motivating! Not brave enough to put on social media, but who knows, one day... I think I am now a size 16, which probably seems huge to some of you but at 5ft10 and coming from sz 20/22, is still an improvement. Definately not done yet, will keep plodding away with everyone else
:):). But tried on some dresses in Joules and Phase Eight, and I was so pleased to actually fit into their stuff now
. I have a wedding to go to towards the end of Sept, a 3 day affair , so will need a few outfits. Two months away from now, a lot can happen :rotfl:.
Anyway, sorry for rambling. OH is away, too warm to spend too long in the kitchen, I think I will have fruit for dinner .

:T:T:T:Twell done a loss is a loss and you have done so well:A by the time sept comes you will be a 14:D:D:D
Absolutely agree. I've said many times I lost my weight 0.5 or lb a week to target. My weight los is still only 0.5lb at a time. I'm trying to get to bottom end of target range following my holiday gain. Would like to be there before my next holiday at the end of August but it will be a struggle as 4lb to go and not enough weeks to get there at 0.5lb a week but I'll try my best!
Managed to save a couple of syns tonight with the cheese sauce as made a 4 portion lasagne so DH and I only had a quarter each so half is now boxed up ready to go in the freezer for next month.
Made a huge batch of bolognaise sauce so also have another 2 bags of 4 portions in each. So can use for spaghetti bolognaise, a chilli or another lasagne.

I was leaving the office and don't know who got the biggest surprise, him or me. Luckily, my car was strategically parked on the drive between his friend & I, but why he felt the need to do it against the neighbours wall, and opposite houses is beyond me
I am sure that men like manhandling/exposing their bits in public!:D:D:D:D
