Today i wore a new top i got in the sale at tesco £6:rotfl: 1st time i worn it and its now in soak as its pale pink and had choc shot all down it:o
I'm sporting a navy t shirt with olive oil all over it (dropped the bottle) and a touch of black paint...That is definitely an SP day. The squirty cream is fairly low syn. Depends on brand as to how many syns it is. The Anchor one is 1 syn for 12.5g; the Aldi one is 1.5 syns for 12g; a general reduced fat one is 0.5 syns for 3 Tbs, although I think it's probably quite difficult to measure! I've no idea because I don't actually like it! If I'm going to have cream I'd rather have the real stuff and have less of it and syn it.
On SP days you can have the same HEs as EE days, ie 2 HEA and 1 HEB and up to 10 syns.
Do you go to group? If you do reread the SP booklet.
Basically it's like EE but you don't have any carbs - potatoes, rice, pasta etc or starchy vegetables - peas and baked beans; or starchy fruits - bananas. Everything you have should be Protein or Speed and you should have at least 50% Speed foods.
HTH.
Denise
Thank you so much for this, Denise, really helpful. I don't go to group so I've no access to the official SW stuff. As I don't do speed days often, I struggle to remember the rules! I've no idea how to measure squirty cream either.
GTQ can't say I blame you saying sod it to the ironing! I have an even better plan - don't iron it all. If you fold it neatly and stack it the weight of the washing at the top virtually irons the stuff at the bottom so you can just put it away! Very :money: no electric used :rotfl:.
Denise
I don't iron - OH deals with all laundry matters
Brilliant loss, Bec!
Today's Menu
B Bran flakes, strawbs 0% fat yoghurt and a squirt of vanilla Sweet Freedom (1)
L Greek salad, (feta HEA) about a tsp of olive oil in the dressing (2)
Banana, satsuma
D HM scotch egg, sweet potato chips and salad (1 for LTL mayo)
Wow, very low syns today!
Tomorrow is a SP day (I think!)
B Bacon mushrooms and tomatoes
L HM mini quiches (made today) salad, fruit
D Sweet chilli salmon with loads of stir fried speed veg, more fruit probably
Saving my HEB for a slice of toast for supper!
Have a good evening all.0 -

I got those fruit and veg lolly’s from Sainsbugs. I like them.
Bubbs~~ did you say 1 syn?

These bangers were banging:rotfl::rotfl: less than 5% from local butchers, will be having them again:j:j Might be a bit windy this way tonight, beans, egg and mushy peas:rotfl::rotfl:
Good to see Mushy Peas are invading every area of your diet as well....:D:D:D:D100 -
It’s funny. When it’s warm I just could not eat all that.
That. I just want to drink water, eat melon and strawberries.
I was at my maws today & she had very kindly bought me chocolate cake from the farm shop. It was very good, nice & light & not too chocolaty.
I had actually texted her last night and said no cake but she had already been to the farm shop.

Evening all,
I think there was something on the news about a woman who was harassing some guy in the men’s loos at a supermarket today...;)
Super busy day at work, which just flew by.
Meal plan:
B - melon & 0% strawberry kvarg (1.5)
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich (6) & HEB
Snack - 0% Greek yog, strawberries & mango
D - LO cottage pie with carrots, broccoli, sweet corn & peas. Gravy (0.5)
Snack - chicken thigh & nectarine
Got half day at work tomorrow which is a bonus so lazy AM.
Ooh and the colleague I mentioned who I wished would join SW has looked up a group local to her and joins this week! Yay! She also ate another microwave burger and tube of Pringles today  I did ask if she likes to cook, and mentioned batch cooking was a great idea. Fingers crossed for her.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
