Well done ladies on all your losses this week. I was camping over the weekend so just getting around to this. 6lb for me this week please. I think that was solely down to the amount of walking we did. I think I hit 25000 steps on Saturday. Good luck for this week all. :j
    Well done:T:T

He has given me another prescription which after a faff at the doctors i have got, well you go and see consultant he gives you prescription its obvious you need to take them right away...........no they say it will be ready Weds:eek:
I was in Tesco looking for said Actimal and doctors surgery rings , they have sent it direct to boots where they usually go:T:T

Glad things are looking good and the consultant is happy. Dr's can be a right pain when you need prescriptions can't they?

Did you manage to get the Actimel 0% fat drinks? My Tesco's didn't have them when I needed to have them so I ended up with the full fat ones and they're 4 Syns each. Fortunately I was going to France a couple of days later and I knew I could get them there so just bought the one pack from Mr Ts!

Why is it bad news to have a month off instead of 2? I'd be quite pleased having that amount of time off in the summer! Not so good in the winter because you can't get out and about so much.

I think that's good news bubbs . Especially the month off!:D

It's still warm and sunny here but I'm planning a chicken casserole. It is a light version though. :)

100% on plan today. Next hurdle is Wednesday and Thursday, we're in London for DGD's graduation. :)

    Today's EE plan :

B: NAS squash, boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried veg and pickles
D: chicken casserole(onions, leeks, carrots, mushrooms) with butter beans and new potatoes
    Syns : cornflour 1

Didn't you notice the urinals? They're usually right in front of the door - before you ask I used to be an office cleaner!
