I am pondering lowering my target again.
I had a chat with the physio today.
We both feel it may help my muscles & jponts & is worth a try.
I will ponder further.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Finally got home just before 6.45pm. Was definitely glad I'd put the lamb tagine into the SC so only had to make some couscous to go with it so have eaten it now and finally able to sit and relax.
Still have to go back again next week for yet another blood test and possibly more fluids again.
Got rather peckish around 4pm as a small salad isn't really enough for me for lunch and a lady came round with FREE sandwiches!!! So I opted for an egg one on whole meal but of course 10 Syns as I'd already had my HEB but still within syns for the day but dead on 15.
WI tomorrow morning for me hoping for a small loss but not holding my breath as a litre of water won't disappear by tomorrow morning, LOL!
Beanie as Bubbs will you be able to maintain if you reduce your target? But if you think you'll be able to then go for it especially as your physio thinks it might help you.
Thanks Vegastare for the offer of choccy pud but I don't actually like it! Love chocolate but not chocolate flavoured stuff, no idea why.
