Dismayed (but not surprised) by a gain of +1 lb
. Had a pizza night with booze and ice cream the night before WI. Doh, what was I expecting?

Off on hols Tues for 2 weeks so will relax it all a bit. Hope not to gain too much. See you all in August.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

    Hi Vegastare
Yes i am alot better thanks, on plan this morning:T:T
Yes i make pies but i have a salter pie maker, they are scrummy, i have done the pasties before , i cook the filling first, usually 5% mince and onion/mushroom or cubed casserole meat with onion & mushroom, then i add it cold, egg wash and bingo!
You can also make quiche in these pie makers
    003.jpg
This is the pie maker, although mine is a slater one but this is the same and cheaper
